All jewelry is final sale.

All charms are final sale.

If your bracelet does not fit, please email charmedlifevb@gmail.com and we are happy to restring and resize for you. There is a $5 charge per bracelet. Your original bracelet(s) will need to be mailed back to Charmed Lifevb and you are responsible for the return shipping cost and the new shipping cost. We are not responsible for the return items lost in transit.

If you believe there is an issue with your product, please email charmedlifevb@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your product. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a picture in the email.
